01Why I joined OGISHI Vietnam
What made me want to keep working here is the open atmosphere and the systematically organised working processes in scaffolding design. Not only can I make the fullest use of the CAD knowledge and experience I have built up, but I also work in a team with a real sense of unity, where we help one another, learn from one another and grow together.
02What I do today
Communication and coordination: I deal directly with the parent company in Japan, receiving requests and drawings and keeping information flowing smoothly between both sides.
Team coordination and management: I allocate design work according to each team’s workload and each member’s skills, and I manage the progress of the work as a whole.
Software development and support: I research and develop new tools and add-ins specific to scaffolding design, automating drafting work to raise both speed and efficiency.
03What makes the work rewarding
What I find most rewarding is seeing the members of the CAD team grow day by day and improve their technical skills. I also take great satisfaction when our team produces a scaffolding design that is not only accurate and clean on the drawing, but also saves materials and makes the work on site safe and straightforward.
04A message to applicants
Because our work connects directly with the Japanese market, it calls for attention to detail, discipline and a high level of precision. But once you join our CAD team, you never have to struggle alone. You have colleagues who support one another, along with up to date software and tools that make the work more efficient.
If you have a sense of responsibility, keep learning and enjoy taking on something new, we would be glad to have you on the team. Let us grow together.
