01Why I joined OGISHI Vietnam

When I first joined, like many people I was looking for a stable job, an income and the chance to gain new experience. At the time I never imagined I would still be working here nine years later.

Year by year I grew used to the work, to my colleagues and to the environment here. As I kept working I gained experience and could feel myself growing. It is that accumulation of ordinary days that has kept me here to this day.

02What I do today

I now work as a leader, allocating work, tracking progress and managing quality, and supporting the members so that they can work together towards our shared goals.

03What makes the work rewarding

Working alongside my colleagues, sharing experience, getting through the difficult moments together and seeing each member grow is a great pleasure for me.

That is what drives me to keep making the effort and to contribute more to the company.
