01Why I joined OGISHI Vietnam
I decided to join because I wanted office based work that I could do steadily over the long term. Another reason was that I wanted to work in a disciplined, professional environment and learn the positive attitude to work and the working style of our Japanese colleagues.
I also want to build up my own ability, gain experience and keep working here as the company grows.
02What I do today
I currently work in scaffolding design: preparing drawings, calculating and checking technical figures, and working out design proposals that meet the requirements of the site.
In my work I always put accuracy, safety and efficiency first, and I coordinate with the colleagues involved so that the work is completed on time. I also make a point of learning new knowledge and techniques so that I keep becoming more efficient.
03What makes the work rewarding
I find it deeply rewarding to complete an accurate drawing that meets the technical requirements and contributes to safety on site.
Learning new things and deepening my expertise, and being able to work with support from my colleagues, is also what keeps me motivated. I see each day of work as an opportunity to grow.
04A message to applicants
To everyone considering applying: keep an open mind for learning, approach the work with a sense of responsibility and keep refining your professional knowledge. In scaffolding design in particular, care, accuracy and safety awareness matter a great deal.
I hope you will join us soon and help us build a strong team together.
