01Why I joined OGISHI Vietnam
From the time I joined ten years ago, I felt the work suited me, both in terms of my ability and my working hours. The atmosphere was good, my colleagues were easy to get along with, and the benefits and terms were comparatively generous. Working in that environment, my wish to stay with this company for the long term only grew stronger.
02What I do today
I now lead a team responsible for scaffolding design on high rise and low rise buildings and on bridges. My main work is allocating tasks to the members, managing progress and checking quality. I also work alongside the members so that the work entrusted to the team is completed on time.
03What makes the work rewarding
What I enjoy each day, and what drives me, is seeing what the team produces together: the moment a finished drawing goes out to the client, and the growth I can see in each member of the team. The way the members pull together and work hard for the team’s goals, and for the company’s goals, is also a great encouragement to me. I want us to keep working as one team and contribute to the company growing further.
04A message to applicants
Our team is looking for engineers who find scaffolding design rewarding, who are eager to learn and who will take on design problems of every kind, from the straightforward to the difficult. If you do not have much experience yet, there is no need to worry. There is clear guidance in place, and we help one another so that deadlines are met together.
